You went all in on AI. Now it needs someone running it.

Consolidation and infrastructure for ambitious, AI-driven business owners.

You've got Claude chats that build things. Automations nobody remembers setting up. Forty connectors on your login and keys in six places. Skills that contradict each other. Something important runs every Monday, and you're not sure it ran this week.

It works, mostly. But it's yours to hold together, and it's getting heavier.

We turn it into one system that runs itself, shows you its own health, and gets better without getting messier.

The problem isn't the AI. It's the sprawl.

Every new capability lands somewhere different. A skill in one place, a copy in another, a scheduled task on someone's laptop, a key in a chat from three weeks ago. Each one made sense when it was built. Together, they drift.

The symptoms are always the same:

  • Two versions of the same rule. One of them is wrong, and an agent is following it.
  • Things that stopped without telling you. A disk fills up, a job pauses, a key expires.
  • Everything runs as you. Your login, your connectors, your session. Your team can't use it without you.
  • Nobody can say what exists. Not you, not your staff, not the AI.

More tools won't fix this. Structure will.

What we do

  1. Tear down

We map everything you run: every skill, agent, automation, key, connector and scheduled job. You get one plain-English list of what works, what's broken, what's duplicated and what's quietly dead. Usually within a week.

  2. Consolidate

Every capability gets one home. One master copy of each skill, with everything else generated from it so nothing can drift. Every key is checked. Every scheduled job is visible. Your agents act as the right person, so your team gets access without borrowing your login.

  3. Run it

Your system runs on its own machine, with off-site backups, alerts when something breaks, and a weekly check that proves it's still in sync. You ask for new things in plain English. They land in the right place first time.

Built on hoot

Under the hood is hoot, our open-source agent system. It runs AI agents as real users on a machine you own. Each agent has its own identity, tools and skills. Shared records change only through check-out and check-in, so every change is recorded with who made it and can be undone. And when an agent hits a rule, it asks rather than working around it.

It's a closed loop by design: every task ends in a receipt, and nothing depends on an agent remembering.

hoot on GitHub (coming soon)

You can run hoot yourself. We're here for the businesses that would rather it just worked.

Who it's for

Owner-led firms where the owner is the one who got AI working, and is now the bottleneck:

  • Law firms

matter intake, document assembly, deadline tracking, client updates, with approvals kept with the lawyer responsible.

  • Consultancies and recruiters

    proposals, candidate pipelines, client reporting.

  • Accountants and advisers

client onboarding, recurring work, document chasing.

  • Agencies and studios

    briefs, production pipelines, reporting.

If you've built more than you can keep in your head, this is for you.

How we work with you

  • One check-in from us every working day: done, doing, blocked, and decisions for you as options.
  • A weekly session to agree the next week's milestones.
  • Paid per milestone, against results you can check on your building page yourself.

A whole agency running from a hoot powered Slack bot.

  • Property
  • Sales
  • Legal
  • Operations
  • Website

Agent Team now has agents for property, sales, legal, operations, the website (and more!), each with its own skills and tools. Slack is now the team's main way of getting online work done: they ask in a channel, and the right agent picks it up.

Those agents are connected to the team's messaging, email and data, so the work happens where the team already talks. And each person has a personal Slack bot in a channel of their own, working for them, with the access they already have.

Questions

Do I have to move off Claude, Slack or my CRM?

No. We connect what you already use and make it coherent.

Who can see my data?

Your system runs on its own machine, one per business. Your agents act as named people with the access those people already have.

What if I want to stop?

hoot is open source and your system runs on your own machine. You keep everything.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

That's the point. You ask in plain English. We handle the structure.

Stop holding it together.
